Parcel Unboxing Policy
To ensure a smooth return and claim process, please follow our unboxing guidelines carefully:

After receiving your order, record a single continuous video while opening the parcel and taking out the product.

The video must clearly show all sides of the package, including the sealed condition and shipping label.

Make sure the recording has no cuts, pauses, or edits from start to finish.

The product and its condition should be clearly visible during the unboxing process.
Once the video is recorded, take at least 5 clear photos of the received item.

In case of a wrong item, defective product, or incorrect size, clearly show the issue in both the video and photos.
Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted without proper unboxing video and images.
