Return Policy
You can request return within 2 days of delivery. 2 days return means - The day the parcel is delivered will be counted as the first day and the next day will be counted as the second day.
To be eligible for a return, please follow these conditions:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate return process, please make a video while opening parcel and unpacking product. Please read our Parcel Unboxing Policy for more details.

If you receive right product, wrong/defective product or you receive product with missing parts you can return your item.

5. Return Pick up:
We will pickup your return package within 3 days. Return pick up timelines may vary based on your location or external factors.
Refund Policy
1. Full Refund: If you receive right product, wrong/defective product or you receive product with missing parts you will get your full refund.
2. Refund Timeline: After receiving your parcel you will get your refund within 5 days in your bank account or UPI ID.
